Kitchen Sink Monday - Butterflies in Flight

It's Kitchen Sink Monday! And today we have a challenge from Kitchen Sink Crew Member, Julie Masse!

Julie issued the following challenge to the girls: Since it's the post-holiday season I'm sure we all need a few thank you cards so, my challenge is to create a set of thank you cards. The cards should be "quick & easy" - something you can reproduce fairly quickly - yet still be fabulous! :)

With Julie's challenge in mind, I started looking for ideas and thinking of something that would be beautiful, but easy to mass produce. In my gallery gazing I cam across THIS card Alesha Walls and thought - this is it!

I used my 3 Step Butterflies set to case Alesha's card.

In order to mimic the finer line detail of the butterfly, I used only the 3rd of the 3 step stamps to create my butterflies, which are stamped in Red Riding Hood Red, Tangerine Tango and Pink Pirouette inks (SU!).

Because these cards really are *so* easy to reproduce, I made a set in blue as well. Same design, stamped in Baja Breeze, Pacific Point and black inks (SU!).

Thanks for the great challenge, Julie!

Check out what the rest of the gals came up with:
